The EVN AG Online Annual Report consists as the EVN website of three main areas: the Site Navigation, the Top Assistance Bar, and the Main Content Area. The Site Navigation on the left side is according to the content of the print report. In the container on the right side you find numerous functions:

• History: here you find your last five visited pages. You can jump directly to the previous pages.
• Related Links within the report: here you find links to similar topics in this report.
• QuickFinder: The Quickfinder offers a selection of key words. The selection list provide easy access to these sections.

Full text context search
You can perform term-based searches in the Annual Report using the search function. These are displayed in the appropriate context. Clicking on a hit will bring you directly to the page in question. The search term is highlighted on the page. Above the content area you will find a search box where you can switch step by step between the search results. You can return to the normal page view by clicking on any navigation item.

Linear browsing
You can browse through the online report in the same way as the printed report. You will find this function at the top and at the bottom of the contents page.

Contents / sitemap
The table of contents contains a list of all the pages in the online Annual Report, just like the table of contents in the printed version.

Download-Center
You can download the entire report, chapters of it or additional documents in PDF format in the download area.

Language selection German/English
Using this function, you can switch between the German and English versions of the report.

Recommend page
To send a link to a specific page to a friend please click "Recommend page". You also can add a personal text.

Disable glossary
In the service section you can find the function "Disable glossary". If the glossary is disabled the key words in the content are not highlighted anymore to improve readability. You can reactivate the glossary function at any time.

Compare with last year
To compare to the relevant passage in last year’s Annual Report just click "Compare with 2010".

”My Annual Report” and ”Store page” function
You can compile your own offline report using this function. When reading the online report, you can mark the page currently displayed using ””Store page” in the right-hand navigation bar. The number of pages saved in this way is displayed next to ”My Annual Report”. After clicking on ”My Annual Report”, you will access a page where you can download or print the pages you have collected in PDF format.

Quick Analyser
The Quick Analyser enables you to compare and analyse key figures. First choose a category and then an item within the category. You can view the development of the figure over the past years in a chart and compare it with another key figure.

Printing
You may find that you may want to print pages from the site for future references. Selecting the PRINT button from your browser or the „Print” button in the Main Content Area and directing your output to a printer would allow you to do this. The special „Print” function provides you an optimized version of the Content Area without head and navigation bar. You can choose to print with or without pictures. This decreases the time of printing and reduces the consumption of your ink or toner.
